Eugen Varzić graduated the painting department of the Faculty of Philosophy in Rijeka in 1999. Presented in several one-man exhibitions, and on more than one hundred groups in the country and abroad.

For his art work he was often rewarded. He led several art projects (Street art Poreč 2001, 2002) and is working on several international visual art projects (Cromatismo Ermetico, Plenair Snina, Slovenia open to Art). His paintings are in many public areas (the City Administration the city, General Hospital Pula, Poreč-Pula dioceses prison in Pula, Hypo Bank Zagreb) and private collections throughout Croatia and the World (Pavarotti, Nicklaus) also in the sacral institutions (the church Saint Martin, Vrsar, church sv.Mihovla in Mugeba, the church of St. Michael in Nova Vas, church sv.Bernarda in Funtana, church sv.Agata and the house of spiritual renewal Mother Mary in Slavonski Brod).He participated in the charity auction of paintings (HCR safety step, the League for the Fight against cancer Split, donations for the department with special needs primary school in Poreč).

Occasionally deals with the design (design brochures Top Camping Croatia 2007, 2008 and 2009 and design a brochure Croatian Island Campsites in 2008 and 2009) short film (14. days of film in Croatia - "Greetings from Poreč"). During the 2008 he has done ceiling paintings, the altar paintings and cycles of the paintings for several churches in the area of Poreč-Pula Diocese. He is member of the Croatian Association of Artists of Istria and the Croatian community of independent artists.

As a freelance artist he lives and create in Kufci. Married, father of two children.
